My Support Profile

A web-application for managing the support activity of your Apple products. I was involved with the project from concept through implementation.

The following year, I helped localize the site for eight countries in five languages. Support offerings differ by country of residence and other customer attributes. I designed solutions enabling the application to present only relevant content to each customer. This way, all customers have an experience that feels like the site was designed specifically for them, rather than just translated for their country.
